I’m Dusty - I created Company Retreat because I needed it first.
Company Retreat is the sacred, strategic space I spent years longing for when I was weary, overworked, and desperate for God to meet me in my business.
Back in 2020, just before the world shut down, I dreamed of creating a space where Christian business owners could wrestle with tough questions in the places where business and theology overlapped. I longed for a place that offered real business strategy (the kind that actually leads to sales) without the tacky, oversimplified “just pray harder” platitudes.
But every time I tried to get it off the ground, God shut the door. Looking back now, I see why.
At the time, I was tying my worth to my work—believing that if I just worked harder and produced more, someday it would all magically align. Little did I know that over the next few years God would slowly but surely realign my heart and help me step more boldly into the work He was asking me to do - in all areas of my life.
While serving as a marketing director at a nonprofit during the shutdown, I watched God use my strategic marketing skills to pull in more donations in a few months than the entire previous year. That season showed me the power of solid foundations—in business, at home, and in my relationship with God.
I realized: business IS ministry.
It’s not just a means to an end. At its core, it’s service—and service is ministry.
Company Retreat was born out of this transformation. It’s the space I longed for in those weary seasons: a place to breathe, reset, and step into your next season with joy and a God-honoring plan.
Because this work—building a business that truly blesses your family and glorifies God—takes more than late nights and blind hustle. It takes intentionality, education, trial and error, and a whole lotta surrender.
And trying to do it alone? It’s not gonna end well, my friend.

If you’re a nursing mom of a non-mobile infant, you're welcome to bring them along! You’ll have to book a private, king room to best accommodate baby.
You can opt to book with a friend or book the room all to yourself. Please let me know if you plan to bring your infant in your application so I can do my best to accommodate them.

TRAVEL + LOGISTICS

The retreat home is tucked on the dreamy Oregon Coast in a town called Rockaway Beach, just minutes from breathtaking beaches. You’ll receive the exact address and travel details after you reserve your spot.

Most guests will fly into Portland International Airport (PDX), about a 2-hour drive from the retreat home.
We’ll have a private community group where you can coordinate travel plans with other attendees. I’ll also offer one group airport pick-up if needed on Monday morning. You’re welcome to rent a car if you’d like more flexibility to explore the Oregon Coast or extend your stay in the area.

It’s completely up to you.
You won’t need a car during the retreat unless you want the freedom to explore the area on your own.
We’ll coordinate group transportation for retreat activities, and there will be a private group for guests to arrange ride-shares from the airport if needed.

The retreat officially begins on October 6th at 11am and ends mid-morning on October 11th at 11am - with an optional farewell dinner on me at a local restaurant! Early Bird guests get to arrive the night before [October 5th at 6pm] for extra time to settle in and enjoy a VIP Dinner Party.

Because this retreat has very limited spots, all tickets are non-refundable. However, I know life can throw curveballs. If you’re unable to attend due to illness, injury, or another unexpected complication, I’ll refund 50% of your ticket. You’re also welcome to transfer your ticket to another person (with prior approval).
